Impact
Our impact is measured by tracking an individual’s finances: credit score, debt amounts, income, savings and expenses. We give individuals the right tools and education to help them better manage their financial goals. We don’t believe in temporary solutions--we want to empower individuals, so they can be financially stable and independent.
Life OnTrak has served over 4,000 people and has a track record of over 40,000 hours of financial coaching and counseling.
With Life OnTrak’s financial methodology:
-
31% of individuals have reached at least a credit score of 650;
-
15% of individuals have reached a credit score of 700 and above;
-
65% have acquired a debt to income ratio (DTI) of 40% or below--some reaching 0%.

Partnerships for a Brighter Future
Our partners are part of the engine that makes our work possible. Our incredible collaborators strengthen our ability to engage individuals in need of financial counseling and credit education, providing them the opportunity to build a better financial future.
Our programs offer two distinct paths to helping financially struggling individuals: Life OnTrak can directly administer in-house one-on-one financial coaching and education workshops, and also deliver partner training to teach the skills and knowledge to offer financial coaching.
If you would like to partner with us, email our Executive Director, Shandra Thomas, to see how Life OnTrak can provide you with a holistic approach to helping the people you already serve.
